Welcome to My Portfolio!

 

My name is Erin Halioris. I'm an Education Major at Ivy Tech Community College. I currently work at Riverside Elementary, an Indianapolis Public School, as a preschool assistant. I have always had a job that is centered around children. Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I grew up with a mother and an aunt as a teacher. Whenever I didn't have school, I would always accompany them to work and spend the day with their students. It is one of my most treasured memories growing up. My mother and aunt have set a high standard for me; I want to accomplish half of what they do in their classrooms. The education I have received through Ivy Tech Community College has led me in the right direction. I can't wait to see where I end up to finish my Education degree.
