Description:
I want to be the best teacher I can be. I'm going to continue my learning experiences all throughout my profession as a teacher and will continue to weigh out my decisions that I have made. I will treat each learner how they need to be treated in a way that will help them learn the most.
Rationale:
I am going to improve my teaching abilities each year based on the specific needs of each of my students. Standard #9, Professional Learning and Ethical Practice, will help me to see what I would like to get from my future endeavours as a teacher and what I will need to do in order to have success in this career.

Description:
For this assignment I made a full layout of my classroom including how I want my students to sit, the theme of the room and where everything would be set up. I also included how I will include all of the learning strategies in my classroom and how I will always stay up to date with my professional development as a teacher.
Rationale:
To document my understanding of Standard #9, Professional Learning and Ethical Practice, I determine how I will continually evaluate my practice with the use of attending worskshops geared toward my professional learning. I also evaluate how I am going to meet the needs of each learner through the use of differing learning strategies and their peers.
